30 days, free return shipping
If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping.
How it works
- Email support@shopdirectdeals.com with your order number and what's not right.
- We'll email a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack the item, stick on the label, and drop it at any carrier location.
- Once we receive it, your refund lands back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What we can take back
Most items in their original condition with packaging. Some exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
- Health, beauty, and intimate items must be unopened.
- Final-sale clearance items are noted on the product page.
Exchanges
For a different size, color, or item: place a new order and return the original. That way you get the new item fastest — we don't hold inventory while waiting for a return.
Damaged or defective
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately and arrange the return at no cost to you.
