Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other US Protectorates at this time.
Standard Shipping:
4-7 business days – Free Shipping on all orders.
Damages
DirectDeals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
30-Day Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return/refunds.
Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Immediate Refund Policy

Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@shopdirectdeals.com with photos of the issue. Once the defect is verified, we will issue an immediate refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
